We remind all participants that need to print and fill out the form for input on the track of the Mirafiori Motor Village. The form must be completed and signed by each person crew and must be delivered to the clerk of the Mirafiori Motor Village before entering the runway.

The Program

Friday 30th May 2014

13:00 to 14:00 Meet at the Pininfarina Museum, Via Nazionale 30,10020 Cambiano. (Turin) to welcome the crews.

14:30 Entry to the Pininfarina factory, reception and entry to the Pininfarina private collection.

17:00 Transfer to the Holiday Inn 4* Hotel, Massaua Square N, 21 Turin, for the registration of the participants at the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Note: For safety reasons, admission to the Museum Pininfarina is allowed only to the first 120 people registered. For all others, the meeting will be directly to the Hotel.

Saturday 31st May

09:00 Go to the Lingotto rooftop test track to display the cars, be given a guided tour of the track and have the chance to take photos

11:30 Move to the city centre and park in a special area reserved for Coupes.

12:30 Lunch and free afternoon to take in the arcades and streets in the centre of Turin.

18:00 Return to the hotel for dinner and a social evening among friends.

Sunday 1st June

08:30 Depart for a visit to the Reggia di Venaria and Royal Gardens

12:30 Lunch in the old town of Venaria and then visit its historic centre.

17:00 Return to the hotel.

20:00 Gala dinner with presentations to the participants of gifts and certificates of participation.

Monday 2nd June.

09:00 Convoy through the centre of Turin to the Mirafiori Motor Village where the coupes will be displayed.
Visit to the exhibition and commercial areas and take part in the “Feast of 20years of the Coupe” attended by the Italian Fiat Registry

11:00 Entry to the Mirafiori track for some parade laps behind a safety car, then park on the Parabolica curve for group photos

12:30 Lunch and final farewell at the end of the meeting.

Prices per person.

  • Type A - full meeting in double room € 340.00 Full meeting in single room € 410:00
  • Type B - Meeting starting from Saturday Double room € 270.00 Single room  € 320.00

For those who wish to attend only on Monday 2nd June at the “Feast of 20years of the Coupe”, the cost is € 40.00.

It is possible that there may have to be a price increase of not more than € 10.00 as some possible costs have not yet been finalised.

The organisers accept no responsibility before, during and after the event.

There may be changes to the programme due to circumstances beyond our control.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and an adequate amount of drinks are included in the cost of the meeting.


Submissions will be accepted only from the site

Registration deadline April 30, 2014 or the achievement of the 100 cars or 200 people participating in the rally complete.

Upon registration is required a deposit of € 100 per person for the gathering of type A, B or the payment of the total sum if you participate only Monday, June 2.

The balance of the fee must be made by April 30.

You will receive a confirmation email 5-7 days after the transfer and subsequent assessment of the outcome of the bank.

The registration can be canceled with a refund TOTAL AMOUNT PAID by April 30.

The registration can be canceled with a refund of 50% of the fee paid in full if canceled by May 15.

The registration can be canceled if you do not notice the 24 hours of 15 May and the entire amount is used to cover the services booked.
